What is Offeris?
Offeris is an information system for trading companies. It combines your entire business agenda into a single system — price quotes, orders, invoicing, warehouse and other modules. It helps increase profit by ensuring every employee knows what to do and when, always has access to up-to-date price lists, and the output to your customers matches your expectations.
What modules does Offeris include?
The main modules are
Price quotes,
Orders (received and issued),
Invoicing,
Warehousing and
Business cases. In addition, the system contains
other modules, such as claims, catalogues, records and documents.
Which industries is Offeris suitable for?
It is used by companies from many industries, for example
industrial suppliers,
fastening material,
tools,
catering appliances,
household equipment,
construction and gardening,
swimming pool equipment,
HVAC (heating, cooling) and
direct sales.
How much does Offeris cost?
Two versions are available. Start costs 16 € per month/user (without VAT) on annual billing, or 19 € on monthly billing. Business costs 25 € per month/user on annual billing, or 29 € on monthly billing. Details can be found in the pricelist.
Can I try Offeris for free?
Yes, a free 14-day trial is available with no commitment. Just fill in the form on the page.
How does the free trial work?
By registering, you get the full version of Offeris free for 14 days — no credit card required and no commitment. Your account is created immediately after filling in a short form. During the 14 days you have access to all Business version features and can create real quotes, orders and invoices. If you decide not to continue after the trial, the account is automatically closed — nothing is charged and there is no obligation. If you decide to continue, simply choose a plan and continue with the same account and data.
What is the difference between Start and Business?
The Start version focuses on the basic sales agenda — price quotes, received orders and issued invoices. Business includes everything from Start and adds issued orders (purchases from suppliers), full invoicing and warehousing. Both versions include regular updates, data backups and technical support — no hidden fees or installation costs. Business is also suitable if you own multiple companies — it allows you to switch between them and share contacts, products and documents.
What does the Price quotes module allow?
Creating price quotes is fast and you always work with up-to-date prices. When creating a quote, you have information at hand such as the current stock level, the customer's last invoiced price, replacements for discontinued products, images, discounts and the customer's business terms. The system calculates profit based on purchase prices, offers various template designs for PDF (or XLSX), allows sending the quote by e-mail with predefined text, creating alternative quotes and updating prices in older quotes.
Can the quote be customised to our corporate identity?
Yes. We can adjust or create templates according to your requirements, corporate colours or Corporate Identity. Alternatively, you can simply upload your logo and choose from dozens of prepared templates. Learn more in the

Can Offeris handle warehouse management?
Yes, the Warehousing module is part of Offeris. It supports multiple warehouses, goods receipts, dispatches, transfers between warehouses, inventory and real-time stock tracking. When creating price quotes and invoices, you see the current stock level directly next to the item. The system also supports item reservation.
How does Offeris handle orders and invoicing?
Can I import customers and products from Excel?
Yes, bulk import is one of the standard features. We support importing companies, persons, products and other data from Excel or CSV. If you have data in another system and want to save time, you can use our
implementation service — we'll help you prepare and import the data as quickly as possible.
Can I use Offeris on a tablet or mobile in the field?
Yes. Offeris is a web application — it works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on a computer, tablet or phone.
What applications are available for Offeris?
We also offer a B2B portal for communication with your customers, an
application for sales representatives and an
service application.
Do you help with system implementation?
Yes. We offer trainings (both group and individual, every week),
implementation and creation of
custom printing templates. The goal is to shorten your start to the absolute minimum.
